  1. Hi Glenn – I just watched and enjoyed your video on managing sodium; thanks so much! I’m not actually sure how much of a trigger sodium is for me but I’d like to use your symptom tracking tool to start tracking it. Do you have it available in either Word or Excel so I can input directly into the tool? All I have is the pdf, and one of my big triggers is reading or writing while my head is down, so I try to do as much as possible on the computer. My info is below if you have it and can send – thank you if you can!

    • Hey Cheryl, I don’t have it as a word or excel document unfortunately, but it is a fillable PDF! So you can fill it out on the computer and print it completed or save a copy each day. I hope that helps!

  2. Hi Glenn thanks for all your advice, I’m a newbie to Menieres, and reading up as much as I can. Please could you send me the PDF. Thanks again and keep up the great work. Steve, Dubai.

  3. Just got your book in the mail- Had a terrible attack last Wednesday, and was soooo dizzy…they figured because I am 65 it was vertigo… with no other explanation this was in the ER. Had no idea what was happening- so scary….I thank God for you writing this .. will let you know how I do…

  4. I have hd three major episodes of vertigo and was diagnosed with Meniere’s disease by the ENY doctor. She has tried many treatment modalities and recently prescribed betahistine pills. Anyone familiar with this treatment?

  5. I was dx with A typical Ménière a year ago. I don’t have the dizziness, thank goodness. My Mother did and I saw her suffer for years.
My main complaint is the fluctuation in hearing, roaring and the ear fullness. I have noticed my allergies make it worse. I have started allergy injections and I’m on 2 antihistamines, Singulair, water pill, nasal spray and an occasional decongestant in a day. I am very healthy no blood pressure issues, no diabetes, I’m not over weight and have never smoked. I did have asthma as a child and I have had a concussion in a car accident.
Sometimes the roaring is so loud i get very anxious.
I do have a hearing aid which helps some. Is there anything else that can be done?

  6. Hi Glenn! Just came across you on the web and I’m buying your book! You are an inspiration, thank you. Could you please send me your symptom trigger tool?
