If you suffer from Meniere’s disease, there is hope! Meniere’s disease will not define you. It cannot and will not ever be bigger than your dreams. This blog is an exploration of treatment strategies that work.
I’m Glenn and I was diagnosed with Meniere’s disease four years ago. It was a dark time in my life. The vertigo and dizziness were debilitating. After months of suffering, I finally saw a specialist who changed everything and filled me with hope. I took my health into my own hands and started making changes. Its been quite a journey and along the way I’ve discovered countless strategies and tricks for overcoming my Meniere’s disease. Today I find myself thriving, healthier in mind, body, and spirit then I’ve ever been before.
I started this blog to share what I’ve learned along the way and provide insight and inspiration to everyone out there who is still suffering. Meniere’s disease is a terrible illness with not enough good information available. So much of whats out there filled me with hopelessness and dread. My goal is to show you that there is so much hope. Things can and will get better. You will thrive again!

I am so pleased to have found your site. I was just diagnosed with Menieres and am trying to learn all I can about the disease and treatments.
Glenn
Hi Kathy, I’m glad you found it too! If you were just diagnosed, I would definitely recommend starting here: https://www.mindovermenieres.com/newly-diagnosed/

Thank you for this blog! I’m quickly reading and trying to learn. I was diagnosed three days ago and am on steroids and anti viral drugs to try to stop the hearing loss which I am experiencing right now. Have not heard out of my right ear in 9 days at this point other than the sound of constant wind/ocean. Extremely scared and committed myself to doing everything I can to stop this and improve my life. Caffine gone, had already quit smoking, sodium cut in half and being moderated across the day (makes sense – thank you) … etc etc
Looking forward to learning more and ending this or at least being able to live with it and thrive
Glenn
Hi Derek, I know how overwhelmed you must feel right now! But if I can make one recommendation it’s this: before you read anything else about Meniere’s disease, read this: https://mindovermenieres.com/newly-diagnosed
