We all know how terrible Meniere’s disease can be. It affects our lives on so many different levels.

It’s a rare disease that virtually no one has heard of. It’s invisible to the outside world, and people can’t see your pain. It’s not fatal, but it can quickly destroy your quality of life, and I know first hand how hard that can be.

I have lived with Meniere’s disease for five long years and have seen my share of ups and downs. I have learned to manage it quite well now, but it’s still a daily struggle.

As many of you know, over the years I’ve tried to take a creative approach to my health and have always been on the lookout for alternative and out-of-the-ordinary treatment strategies. I’ve hit a lot of dead ends, but I’ve also found powerful new ways to cope, and I’ve been able to raise my quality of life considerably.

The problem is that everyone’s experience with Meniere’s disease is a little bit different and what works well for some people, may not work well for others. With such a complicated illness, I feel it’s important to keep looking for new and interesting ways to find relief.

So with that in mind, I am proud to bring you something new, something different, and something really special.

The Symptom Relief Project:

The Mind Over Meniere’s Symptom Relief Project is a collection of special mind-altering audio tracks engineered to help relieve some of the worst symptoms of Meniere’s disease: Vertigo, Brain Fog, Fatigue, Morning Grogginess, and Stress/Anxiety.

All of the tracks feature special “brainwave entrainment” sounds called Isochronic tones. These quiet little pulses of sound help to influence your brainwaves and will safely change your state of mind. If you think it sounds strange, you’re right, it definitely is, but it’s based on hard science and decades of research.

Here’s how it works: By simply listening to a sound that pulses on and off at a specific frequency, your brain will produce more of the matching brainwave frequency.

For example, if you listen to a tone that pulses at 5 beats per second (5 Hertz), which is the same frequency as Theta brainwaves, your brain will start producing more 5 Hertz Theta brainwaves. You normally produce more Theta brainwaves when you are deeply relaxed, so as a result of simply listening to the sounds, you will quickly find yourself deeply relaxed.

Made Possible by Advancements in Brainwave Entrainment Technology:

I have wanted to produce something like this for a long time but I was held back by specific limitations in brainwave entrainment technology. Isochronic tones are fairly new, but brainwave entrainment audio is not. Binaural beats have been around for decades and I have personally benefitted from them for years. The problem is that binaural beats require headphones and won’t work if you suffer from hearing loss, a problem that so many of us face.

But Isochronic tones overcome all of these limitations. Not only are they significantly more effective, but they don’t require headphones, and most importantly, they will work even if you have hearing loss. As long as you have some hearing left in one of your ears, they will work.

I have worked with an audio engineer, who has over 10 years of experience creating brainwave entrainment audio, to bring you this powerful new tool for finding relief.

What the Listeners Are Saying:

“I tried the vertigo reliever track around bedtime. I wasn’t having vertigo, but felt like I was on the edge of having an attack. Not only did the attack not happen but I slept for seven hours straight. I haven’t slept that many consecutive hours in two years. So far so good!” – Amy VanDyke, Meniere’s Patient

“The vertigo reliever tracks definitely have an effect on your state of mind and anxiety levels. There is a marked difference in the intensity of the vertigo after listening to the the track for even twenty minutes. Keep up the great work!” – Ross Gelling, Meniere’s Patient

“I’ve been using the vertigo track now for a few weeks, and at least daily for the past week since I got a good pair of earbuds. I think of it as an audio dose of Valium! It works as well, with no side effects!! When I feel pressure in my ear or know I’m going to be in a noisy environment I listen to it, and even when I’m not able to lie down & really relax it calms my ear. Thank you so much!” – Nancy Lentz, Meniere’s Patient
